I’ve spent my career building bridges across the automotive industry—connecting dealerships, vendor partners, veterans, and leaders who want to create something bigger than themselves. From my early days in retail to launching Just FITFO and founding Veterans in Automotive, my mission has stayed the same: bring people together, open doors that change lives, and build communities where everyone belongs.

As a U.S. Navy veteran, I carry a deep commitment to service, purpose, and courage. That commitment fuels every event, every introduction, and every opportunity I create. Whether I’m advocating for veterans transitioning into automotive careers, empowering women in a male-dominated field, or helping dealers and vendors form meaningful partnerships, I lead with heart, grit, and authenticity.

I’m known for connecting the right people, sparking momentum, and bringing energy into every room I enter. I don’t believe in playing small or waiting for permission—I believe in building movements, elevating others, and making this industry stronger through community, not competition.
